We explained to him what we wanted, he listened, and drew the plans precisely to our expectations. Once the project began, he was on the job everyday, even when his carpentry skills weren’t called for. When the subcontractors were in our home, Dick was there as well, making sure everything was moving smoothly. Our project began just prior to the onset of Covid-19. There were never more than a few workers in our home at any given time, so we always felt safe. In spite of the virus, our project was completed close to the original timeline.
